What it is

Mibly bridges Apple Health to MCP-compatible AI agents. The iPhone app reads HealthKit; an open-source Local receiver exposes health_now and health_detail. Metrics are user-gated (sleep, HRV, workouts, etc.). Menstrual cycle data is off by default, available through Local connections only, and never uploaded to Mibly Cloud. Free Local; optional Cloud Pro. Not a medical device.
