London Tourist Map: Map this page
Find the London places mentioned on any web page and add them to your trip map with one click.
Reading a blog post, guide or forum thread about London? Click the Map this page button and the extension lists every London sight, museum, park, market and day trip the page mentions, in the order the page mentions them. How to use it: 1. Open any article about London. 2. Click the London Tourist Map icon in the toolbar. 3. Untick anything you do not want, then press "Add to my trip". London Tourist Map (https://londontouristmap.com/) opens with the places you picked already in My trip, where they are grouped into days with opening hours, ticket prices and directions. Each place in the list also has a small link that opens it on the map on its own. The extension does one job. It matches the page text against the places on London Tourist Map, a free map of about 460 London sights and day trips. Matching happens on your own computer when you click the icon. The extension does not run in the background, does not read pages you have not clicked it on, does not store or send page text anywhere, and has no account, tracking or analytics. If the page mentions no London places, it says so and offers a link to the map. Permissions: activeTab and scripting only, used once when you click the icon.
