What it is

Floatboat is a proactive AI agent workspace for Mac and Windows. It reads your calendar and connected apps (Google, Notion, Lark, Outlook) and starts agent workflows around each event: research and briefs before a client meeting, scheduled tasks during the day and drafted follow-ups afterwards. This page describes the setup for consultants who juggle several clients.
